Michaels in Southlake, TX is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service and smooth checkout experiences. You will assist customers, handle cash, and promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

You may help with omni-channel orders and store recovery to keep shelves stocked and well-merchandised. Responsibilities include unloading trucks, stocking, following planograms, and participating in SISO/AD set duties while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Competenze

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes: BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain merchandise and store recovery; complete returns/go backs.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally and be a role model for team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
