Nestlé Nespresso USA is hiring a Stock Associate to join our dynamic team in Lone Tree, CO. You will manage stock shipments, keep the stockroom organized, and support the sales floor to ensure customers find their favorite coffees and products with a premier boutique experience.

You will contribute to a culture that values growth, inclusivity, and a positive customer journey, while performing open/close shifts with weekend availability and lifting requirements up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Availability to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Responsabilités

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organization for quick product location by the sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist the sales floor.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique, cleanliness, and loss prevention.
