Nestlé Nespresso USA in Nashville’s Green Hills Mall is seeking a Retail Stock Associate to maintain an organized stockroom, manage inventory, receive shipments, and support the sales team with product availability.

You will ensure the boutique runs smoothly, replenish merchandise on the sales floor, and participate in safety and loss-prevention efforts. Weekend and holiday availability preferred to cover open/close shifts.

Competenze

• Punctual and available to work open and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Patience for day-to-day challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and climb ladders.

Mansioni

• Back of House Functions: process inbound/outbound stock shipments, assist with inventory, cycle counts, merchandising and product transfers.
• Stockroom Organization: maintain organization so products are easily located for sales team.
• Customer Experience: replenish merchandise and assist sales floor as needed.
• Operations and Safety: maintain a safe boutique environment, keep it clean, and support loss prevention.
