Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties with frequent walking and standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and merchandising.
• Support customers at the front-end and on the cash register.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Process freight and stocking according to standards.
• Ensure security of cash and company assets.
