Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Bolivar, Tennessee is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to help provide a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist with questions, operate a cash register, stock shelves, and support daily store operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret instructions and follow procedures.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable, organized, and able to work part-time.
• Team player with professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues
• Maintain store cleanliness: bathrooms, floors, trash, and neat presentation
• Other duties as assigned
