Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly, efficient shopping experience at our Johnson City store. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and help with unloading merchandise while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to follow procedures. Part-time work with opportunities for learning and growth is available in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
