Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Johnson City team. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help stock shelves while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
