Job summary

Michaels Stores in Southlake, TX is hiring for a Store Team Member role. You will help customers, operate the checkout, and support merchandising, stocking, and store recovery tasks to keep the aisles well-stocked and welcoming.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred. You will participate in omnichannel processes and loyalty program enrollments, with flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move about the store.
• Comfortable using a cash register and handling transactions.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Explain and enroll customers in Rewards, Private Label Credit Cards, and VOC surveys.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Support truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform merchandise recovery tasks.
• Participate in in-store safety, shrink mitigation, and SOP compliance.
