Job summary

Michaels Stores in Southlake, TX is seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store processes.

The role is intended for individuals with retail or customer service experience; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift boxes as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience; perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers about Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll when applicable.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) execution.
• Maintain well-merchandised, in-stock store; assist with merchandise recovery and returns.
