Job summary

Michaels in Dallas, TX is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions with a friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock conditions.

This role involves omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS), adherence to SOPs, and ensuring a safe, welcoming store environment; prior retail or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery to ensure well-merchandised and in-stock conditions
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
