Job summary

Michaels is seeking a team member in Keller, TX to assist customers, stock shelves, and support in-store operations. You will help shoppers locate products, run a fast, friendly checkout, and engage customers in rewards programs and credit card enrollments.

The role involves omnichannel duties (BOPIS/SFS), truck unloading, stocking, and ensuring well-merchandised, in-stock conditions. Prior retail or service experience is preferred, with weekend/evening availability often required.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Experience handling checkout and promoting store programs.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Maintain in-stock store and merchandise recovery; follow SOPs and company policies.
