Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits in Rochester, MI is looking for a Sales Consultant (Commission) to service multiple accounts within our Retail Chain Team. This full-time field role includes a $750 draw (semi-monthly), commissions on total revenues, and potential bonuses.

You will build relationships, present programs, and grow the territory while upholding company standards. The role requires 21+ with a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and sales/retail experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 years.
• High School Diploma/GED; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Sales experience (2 years preferred).
• Retail experience (2 years preferred).
• Proficient in Microsoft and iOS devices (Outlook, Excel, iPad).
• Positive, entrepreneurial attitude with a competitive mindset.
• Desire to learn and implement these learnings.

Responsibilities

• Sell, service, develop and grow GLWAS portfolio within established accounts.
• Generate positive business relationships with decision makers.
• Present prepared, professional sales presentations.
• Maintain product knowledge on GLWAS products.
• Ensure POS is accurate and up-to-date.
• Service accounts and execute priorities as directed.
