Job summary

Great Lakes Wine & Spirits in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Sales Consultant (Commission) for our Retail Chain Team servicing multiple accounts. This full-time, field-based role focuses on growing the GLWAS beverage portfolio with strong earning potential through commissions and incentives.

The position requires sales and retail experience, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage routes, merchandise shelves, and present effective sales pitches.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years sales experience preferred.
• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office and iOS devices (Outlook, Excel, iPad).
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Sell and service the GLWAS product portfolio within accounts.
• Manage Master Routes, stock, merchandising, and writing orders.
• Grow territory volume and revenue and achieve growth objectives.
• Present professional, persuasive sales presentations to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge and participate in team meetings.
• Communicate proactively with customers and management.
• Ensure POS materials are current and accurately posted.
• Keep vehicles organized, stocked and compliant with policies.
