Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience required.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs.
• Customer service should feel authentic and customers should feel understood.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customer needs.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike's principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and exceed their expectations at every step of their journey.
• Operate cash register, shipping/receiving, stocking products and building displays.
• Attend store events and support teammates.
