Job summary

NIKE, Inc. seeks a Retail Specialist to deliver a premium in-store experience and guide customers through product knowledge and services. You will participate in a diverse team, supporting leadership and collaborative store operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include shaping the Nike experience for fans, fostering an inclusive culture, and contributing to a dynamic, growth-focused retail team with personalized coaching and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring Nike Members.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to technology needs with agility.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Physical ability to perform standing, bending and climbing tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a premium in-store experience to consumers.
• Assist with balancing associate responsibilities and handle complex situations with poise.
• Support one of three Areas of Expertise: Consumer Experience, Athlete Services, or Product Life Cycle.
