Nike, Inc. is seeking a Retail Supervisor ( Specialist ) in Texas City, TX. You will be the face of Nike, guiding customers with a fast-paced, high-volume store environment and leading a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes authentic customer interactions, strong product knowledge, and teamwork to create memorable shopping experiences. You’ll support store goals, train peers, manage routine storefront tasks, and participate in events to drive brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in retail or service environments.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate them to customers.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be enthusiastic, knowledgeable about Nike products and services to support customers.
• Lead by example and deliver service in line with Nike’s Service Principles.
• Make customers feel welcome and understood, exceeding expectations at every step.
• Operate a cash register, assist with shipping/receiving, stock displays, and help with store events.
• Attend store events and support teammate efforts while maintaining professionalism.
