You will conduct site surveys, support installations, and deliver Train-the-Trainer sessions, while monitoring training effectiveness and ensuring smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or sales.
• 1-3 years of lottery experience.
• Ability to multi-task with accuracy.
• Translate information and present to others.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Bilingual a plus.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Work in a retail store environment across various formats (gas stations, grocers, etc.).
• Train store managers and clerks on lottery equipment.
• Act as liaison between Retail Solutions, lottery, and internal customers.
• Assist with SCiQ project rollout (store pre-sites, documentation, system staging).
• Complete online surveys with photos from store visits.
• Conduct and review pre-implementation documentation for installs.
• Conduct full-scope demonstrations and Train-the-Trainer sessions.
• Monitor training program effectiveness and suggest improvements.
