Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in retail and/or sales.
• 1-3 years of lottery experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and web browsers.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Train store managers and clerks on lottery equipment.
• Act as liaison between Retail Solutions, lottery and internal customers.
• Assist with SCiQ project rollout planning and documentation.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer and product information presentations.
• Provide high-tier support and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Travel to customer locations and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
