Job summary
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions in Research Triangle Park, NC seeks a Retail Technical Operations (RTO) Engineer to deploy, integrate, and support Toshiba retail solutions across customer environments. The RTO Engineer combines platform expertise, deployment experience, troubleshooting, and strong customer engagement to ensure scalable, high‑quality outcomes.

Qualifications
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments.
- Knowledge of deployment methodologies and production support.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to document findings clearly.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer environments for implementation readiness.
- Review infrastructure, networking, hardware, software, and dependencies.
- Conduct network readiness assessments and architecture validation.
- Validate hardware and software configurations and releases.
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support during implementations.
- Deploy and configure retail platforms and infrastructure components.
- Troubleshoot deployment-related issues and ensure successful implementation.
- Lead or participate in readiness workshops and go-live activities.
