Qualifications

• Retail or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and lift 15–35 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for extended periods (up to 4 hours).

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing duties.
• Interact with customers to meet their athletic equipment needs.
• Support merchandising, signage, and inventory presentation.
• Participate in training and onboarding of teammates.
• Process firearms sales in compliance with state and federal regulations, where applicable.
