DICK'S Sporting Goods in North Olmsted, OH is seeking a Teammate - On Field Operations to help deliver a seamless athlete experience across the sales floor. Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and athletes and proactively approach to understand needs, offering helpful product knowledge and customer service.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards with floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory and replenishment.
• Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales and private label credit card enrollment.
• Follow safety, loss prevention and SOPs, as well as external rules including ATF requirements.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe and respected.
• Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned.
