Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, operations, maintenance, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder/platform.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and customers and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs.
• Ensure merchandise and products are processed per programs; maintain an organized backroom with Freight Flow/Operations Lead.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, processing freight, transfers, RTVs, claims.
• Fulfill customer experience goals per service level standards.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and SOPs; maintain confidentiality.
• Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
