Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience performing essential duties in a retail setting.
• Ability to supervise and train staff on equipment and procedures.
• Ability to manage and supervise CSR/ASM functions.
• Computer skills including reports, inventory, and cash handling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees; ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks, keep store clean, stocked, and well-maintained.
• Maintain professional image and supervise staff scheduling.

• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Budget and forecast P&L lines; safeguard cash handling.
