Qualificações

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff.
• Proficiency with computers and report analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, hire and train positive, enthusiastic employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and maintain site image.
• Develop positive and professional relationships with all suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train all employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Organize and maintain all site files and manuals; ensure reports are completed accurately.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize sales and net profits.
