Job summary

You will recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate employees while maintaining store standards and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include managing inventories, analyzing daily sales, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate cash handling and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan tasks and ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and compliant with standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervise accordingly.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site appearance.
• Apply non-discriminatory practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating and separating staff.
• Develop positive supplier relationships and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all employees and run regular meetings.
• Organize files and reports, manage store performance and merchandising.
