Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image among staff and managers.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize service and appearance.
• Communicate effectively and ensure timely information flow to the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals and supervise merchandise display and pricing.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and control costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
