Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff per CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computers for reports, inventory, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop and assign tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and compliant.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervise scheduling.
• Implement non-discriminatory management, training and counseling.
• Build relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Organize files, manage reports and ensure merchandise is displayed and priced correctly.
• Oversee daily sales analysis, budgets and profit maximization.
