Zusammenfassung

See's Candies is seeking a Retail Shop Manager in Mission Viejo, CA to lead a dedicated shop team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service in line with See's values.

You will manage daily operations, train staff, schedule weekly shifts, recruit and coach team members, and ensure compliance with policies, safety standards, and budget goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifikationen

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
Excellent customer service, communication, organizational skills, cash handling, and merchandising ability.

Lead the shop's team, creating a sales-focused and customer-centric environment.
Set an example by achieving daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
Communicate and implement company direction, policies, and programs.
Delegate tasks, ensure team compliance, and provide necessary follow-up.

Train and develop team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
Provide professional coaching and feedback to the team.
