See’s Candies is hiring a Retail Shop Manager for our Redlands, CA location. You will lead a dedicated team to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and oversee day-to-day shop operations in line with See’s standards.

We seek candidates with at least 3 years of retail management experience, strong coaching skills, and a proven ability to grow the business through a sales-driven, customer-centric approach. Weekend and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational and merchandising skills.
• Ability to implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Strong work performance and sales drive.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly and manage change.
• Physical ability to stand, stock, ring up sales and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop team with a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Meet daily, monthly and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure compliance, and provide follow-up.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly.
• Train and develop team members on company programs and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment, selection and recommendation of qualified candidates.
• Ensure policy, safety, and ethics compliance; monitor expenses.
