You will set daily, weekly, and annual targets, coach and develop staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and compliance, and recruit qualified candidates to grow the business while upholding safety and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to develop, motivate, train and coach employees.
• Excellent customer service, communication, organizational, cash handling and merchandising skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shop’s team to a sales-focused, customer-centric environment.
• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Communicate and implement company direction, policies, and programs.
• Delegate tasks, ensure team compliance, and provide follow-up.
• Resolve customer and employee concerns promptly and professionally.
• Train and develop team members on company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive recruitment, selection, and recommendation of qualified candidates.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety protocols.
• Monitor and control expenses to meet budgetary goals.
• Manage cash handling, asset protection, and banking procedures.
• Maintain accurate timekeeping records and approve weekly payroll.
• Ensure compliance with wages and break laws.
• Implement weekly schedules with District Sales Managers.
