Job summary

HUSTLER Hollywood seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Leadership Team in the absence of a manager on the sales floor. You will supervise staff, engage customers, drive selling, and uphold brand standards while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

• 1 year of key holder experience in retail preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun).
• Must commit to two store closings per week, including one Friday or Saturday.
• Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner.
• Must be able to make change using American Monetary units.
• Ability to carry out detailed tasks with minimal direction or supervision.
• Completion of the Shift Supervisor training program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain brand energy on the sales floor and drive sales.
• Open/close duties with store keys without manager when needed.
• Prioritize customer service to meet KPIs.
• Manage breaks and ensure proper coverage across zones.
• Provide coaching and timely feedback on engagement and selling.
• Ensure merchandise presentation standards and signage are up-to-date.
• Escalate performance concerns to the Store Manager.
• Motivate staff to build brand loyalty and positive store environment.
• Assist with store security and LP policies compliance.
• Process returns/exchanges and authorize promotions in the absence of a manager.
• Know inventory procedures and represent the company professionally.
