Job summary

Horizon Goodwill is seeking a Store Shift Supervisor to oversee daily operations during the assigned shift. You will support store management with sales, merchandising, pricing, maintenance, and paperwork, while ensuring customer satisfaction and policy compliance.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, arranging displays, handling cash, receiving donations, and maintaining a safe, clean store environment. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of retail experience is required.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings (background, drug).
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. with/without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising store personnel during the shift.
• Arrange store windows, displays, and promotional activities.
• Sell merchandise and provide customer service; resolve complaints per policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store and assist with paperwork.
• Receive and verify merchandise from warehouse and vendors; ring sales and handle cash.
