Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification required or willingness to obtain.
• Customer-focused and able to create a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including inventory and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and your team.
• Duties include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching in variable conditions.
