Duchess is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You'll support staffing, inventory, and shift leadership while stepping in for the Store Manager as needed, maintaining standards and driving performance. Prior leadership in retail or food service is preferred, with ServeSafe compliance encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education – High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience – 1+ year of leadership experience in retail or food service.
• Operations – Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, and basic store systems.
• Tech – Familiar with POS systems and basic software (Word, Excel, Email).
• ServeSafe certification – Required or willingness to obtain.
• Customer focus – Committed to creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations including staffing, inventory, and shift leadership.
• Coach and train team members to deliver friendly, efficient service.
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and customer-ready.
• Step in to lead when the Store Manager is away to drive performance goals and maintain compliance standards.
