Job summary

CVS Health in Solana Beach, CA is seeking a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead store staff when management isn’t on site and to drive store execution with a focus on customer service. You will ensure opening/closing procedures are completed and support daily operations to maintain CVS standards.

The role involves supervising crews, merchandising, pricing, and maintaining a positive customer experience while protecting confidentiality and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
