CVS Health in Long Beach, CA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to assist the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service, driving store execution and performance, and ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures when managers are away.

You will lead staff, handle customer questions and complaints, supervise merchandising, and maintain a positive shopping experience while upholding confidentiality and company policy. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations in the absence of a manager or Operations Supervisor and lead the store staff.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory of weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure confidentiality of customer information.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews and supervise daily activities.
