The Family Place is seeking a Retail Shift Supervisor to support the Store Manager in daily operations, manage donor donations and the sales flow, supervise staff and volunteers, and deliver exceptional customer service in our resale shop. You will handle cash operations and coordinate voucher processing to assist survivors.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you will train and coach the team, create engaging displays, and ensure a welcoming retail environment that funds life-saving services.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of experience in a Shift Supervisor position preferred.
• Bilingual helpful but not required.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License with clean driving record.

Responsabilités

• Act as Key Holder with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Oversee donations intake, sort, and sales-floor displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and handle returns or disputes.
• Process vouchers for domestic violence survivors with dignity and respect.
• Supervise staff and volunteers, training them in store procedures.
• Manage cash handling, register reconciliation, and banking tasks.
