Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a full-time supervisor to lead store crews and collaborate with store management. You will supervise the crew, assign and monitor activities, and ensure clear communication between management and staff to keep store operations smooth.

You will assist customers, uphold CVS customer service standards, handle issues per policy, maintain confidentiality, and manage price, stock, displays, and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal items.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Manage store operations by working with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and handle customer relations per policy, maintaining confidentiality and a positive shopping experience.
