24/7 Travel Stores is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead daily store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and support a high-performing team during every shift.

You will oversee cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and safety while promoting a positive, customer-focused environment. We offer growth opportunities and a path from within.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to accurately handle cash and operate a POS system.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and team support to promote accountability and a positive, customer-focused work environment.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
• Support daily store operations and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Maintain cash control and inventory standards, merchandising, stocking, and product presentation.
• Maintain store appearance and safety standards including restrooms and exterior areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support store operations and business needs.
