The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead staff while maintaining excellent customer service and store operations.

Qualifikationen

• No degree is required; High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail management experience or prior Goodwill Retail/Warehouse experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including customer service, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
• Leadership skills like decision-making, motivation, goal-setting, and strong problem-solving.
• Comfortable with registers and inventory management software.

• Supervise, direct, and train staff; ensure key functions are performed.
• Provide superior customer service to encourage repeat donors, shoppers, and staff retention.
• Coach employees; discipline up to termination when needed.
• Assign daily duties; identify employees for advancement.
• Safeguard property and report any theft or policy breaches.
• Follow agency policies and values; ensure proper staffing and payroll oversight.
• Identify wasteful practices and pursue process improvements.
