Qualifications

• Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build relationships while promoting sales.
• Process loans and extensions for pawn items.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the store.
• Supervise and coach store team members to meet goals.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
