Job summary

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Shift Leader (Key Holder) at our Tampa, FL location to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced pawn environment. You will coach and supervise Team Members, promote pawn item sales, and process loans with an emphasis on excellent service.

Competitive pay ranges from $17.00/hr to $18.00/hr, with bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor, key holder, shift lead, team lead, or manager experience.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items, such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics, a plus.
• Sales background, a plus.
• Bilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, promoting sales and making deals for pawns.
• Process loans and extensions and negotiate jointly satisfactory terms.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise/coaching of Team Members.
• Lead and train Team Members to drive store performance.
• Read and manage customer needs with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
