Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or lead experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug test.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to read and follow company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and promote sales of pawn items.
• Process loans and extensions and reach jointly satisfactory terms.
• Open and close store procedures and supervise team members.
• Coach and supervise store team to ensure a positive customer experience.
