Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or relevant work experience.
• Experience in retail with customer service focus.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate in store scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead store tasks and assist Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Demonstrate and apply product knowledge and store policies.
• Set daily directions and goals for the team at shift start.
• Handle opening/closing routines, banking, shipments, and disseminate directives.
• Create connections with customers, uncover needs, and provide personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placements.
• Maintain safe, clean, and engaging store environment by following safety standards.
