Job summary

CVS Pharmacy in Fall River, MA seeks a part‑time Shift Supervisor to assist the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When no manager is onsite, you lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth operations across the store.

You will support merchandise, pricing, and displays, handle customer questions, and promote a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, and computer proficiency required.
• Strong communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends.
• Retail supervision experience preferred.
