CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join our CVS Pharmacy team in Fall River, MA. You will support store management, help drive store execution, and deliver exceptional customer service to build loyalty and trust with patients and families.

In this role you will supervise the crew, manage opening and closing procedures, stock shelves, price merchandise, and ensure a safe, compliant workplace. The position offers 40 hours weekly with a competitive pay range and full benefits for eligible

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management and crews to drive store execution and performance.
• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints to promote a positive CVS shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and ensure merchandise presentation standards.
