CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store execution while delivering exceptional customer service in Rowley, MA. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and oversee merchandising, pricing, and stock to maintain an inviting store environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem solving, and the ability to respond to urgent issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise store staff when no manager is on site.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure execution of tasks.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves, execute displays and inventories.
• Reset departments following planogram changes.
