Job summary

You will engage customers, process refunds and pricing tasks, maintain inventory, and assist with displays. You will also support the pharmacy window and ensure regulatory compliance where applicable.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups, cash handling, and ensuring floor and stock room readiness.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting and assisting with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Holds store keys to open/close without management and supports vendor deliveries.
• Registers all sales with accuracy, reviews pricing, and handles voids and errors.
• Assists with inventory accuracy, price changes, displays, and resets as needed.
• Assists with pharmacy out window as requested and complies with state/local laws on regulated products.
• Reports disciplinary issues and customer complaints to management.
• Maintains clean, orderly store condition and supports decor, signage, and backroom organization.
