Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help drive KPIs, maintain store standards, and manage cash handling and merchandising.

The role includes opening/closing duties, supporting promotions, and fostering a positive, energetic environment that enhances customer experiences. 1+ years in a supervisory retail role is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, maintenance, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and visual merchandising updates.
• Open/close procedures; ensure safety and cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to policies.
• Maintain professional attitude and align with MINISO USA’s commitment.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
