Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead frontline staff in the absence of a manager and ensure timely opening and closing of the store, while upholding confidentiality and a safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, supervision, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues with a positive, service-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities are required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead the store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite.
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.
• Handle customer questions, problems and complaints and promote service excellence.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and safe, welcoming shopping experience.
